Note: Galvanized nickel and nickel nickel chromium double line are mainly used for daily hardware and auto parts, which can meet the functional and decorative requirements according to customer needs. The production line operating system is controlled by PLC and industrial personal computer in the whole process. According to the requirements of the customer's environmental assessment, the bottom of the production line tank is raised by 500 mm, and the waste water is discharged to the waste water treatment station in separate pipes according to the acid-base system, zinc nickel system, chromium containing system and oil containing system. The waste gas is mainly extracted from the tank side and the top, and is led to the acid mist purification tower for acid-base neutralization treatment.
