1. The zeolite runner is used to concentrate the organic waste gas with large air volume and low concentration to the organic waste gas with high concentration and small exhaust volume, thereby reducing the input cost and operation cost of machinery and equipment, and improving the efficiency of VOC organic waste gas. In the case of solving the ignition and recovery of organic waste gas with large air volume and low concentration, if there is no zeolite runner and the ignition is carried out immediately, the organic waste gas treatment machinery and equipment will not only have a huge volume, but also cause huge operating costs.
2. Basic principle and structure of zeolite runner
The product concentration area can be divided into solution area, regeneration area and cooling area, and the concentration drum operates continuously in each area.
VOC organic waste gas passes through the prefilter and the solution area of the concentration drum device. VOCs in the solution area are removed by absorbent absorption, and the cleaned gas is discharged from the solution area of the concentration drum.
The VOCs of the organic waste gas absorbed in the concentration drum are desorbed and concentrated to 5-15 times by hot air in the regeneration area.
The concentration drum is cooled in the cooling area, and the gas passing through the cooling area is used as regeneration gas after being heated, so as to save energy.
3. Mechanical equipment characteristics of zeolite runner
High adsorption and desorption efficiency.
The voltage drop caused by VOCs absorption of this product is extremely low, which can greatly reduce power consumption.
The VOCs organic waste gas with high exhaust air volume and low concentration can be converted into organic waste gas with low exhaust air volume and high concentration, and the concentration multiple can reach 5-20 times, greatly reducing the size of post-treatment machinery and equipment, and reducing the operating cost.
The overall system adopts modular design, with small space requirements, and provides a continuous and unmanned control mode.
The system has automatic control, single button start, simple operation, and can monitor important operating data with human-machine interface.
