What is? Zero discharge of electroplating wastewater
"Zero discharge" means that after the industrial water is recovered, DTRO membrane recovers all high concentration wastewater containing salt and pollutants (more than 99%) to be recycled. The acid salts and pollutants in seawater are discharged to the waste treatment station as useful chemical raw materials for landfill or recycling through MVPC plant as solid state.
Due to the increasingly extreme environmental conditions in China and the increasingly serious environmental pollution, the Environmental Protection Bureau has also conducted zero discharge of wastewater from various industries. Many customers are asking questions about zero emissions.
The solution of zero discharge of industrial wastewater is a systematic project. First of all, in the engineering design stage or project operation, according to the optimization of the internal process of the factory, select water-saving processes and other measures to improve water efficiency and reduce production water consumption.
The reverse osmosis membrane (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), DTRO membrane (SWRO) and other technologies are fully utilized. After the production wastewater is fully recovered, the remaining high salt wastewater is recovered by evaporation method. After evaporation treatment of high salt wastewater, 90% - 95% - 5-10% of the by-products of distilled water with salt content of mg/L can be recovered generally, and a small amount of concentrated slag can be solidified or buried with crystallizer or evaporation pool.
