Factors affecting water temperature include: water temperature, pH value, turbidity, hardness, coagulant dosage, etc.


The spraying sewage comes from the processes of degreasing and phosphating the surface before painting, and contains emulsified oil, surfactant, phosphate, heavy metal ion filler, solvent, etc. Electrophoretic coating sewage is generated from the cleaning process of floating paint and bath solution attached to the coated parts, generally including deionized washing water and ultrafiltration fluid; Its composition is the same as that of tank liquid, including water-soluble resin (such as epoxy resin, phenolic resin, etc.), pigment (such as carbon black, iron oxide red, lead mercury, etc.), filler (such as titanium bai powder, talcum powder, etc.), cosolvent (such as triethanolamine, butanol, etc.) and a small amount of heavy metal ions. The coagulation treatment method can make the colloidal particles in the coating sewage coagulate and separate, so as to achieve the effect of coating sewage treatment.


Coagulation reaction process coating sewage treatment device generally includes sewage storage tank, pretreatment tank, raw water storage tank, reaction sedimentation tank, reaction air flotation tank, clean water tank, and several sewage storage tanks are respectively equipped with pre-treatment tanks connected to COD online controller by pipes.
