Waste gas treatment equipment It mainly refers to a kind of environmental protection equipment that can protect the environment and purify the air by using different processes and technologies to recover or remove and reduce the harmful components of the exhaust gas, so that our environment will not be polluted.
Classification:
Absorption equipment
The absorption method uses low volatile or nonvolatile solvents to absorb VOCs, and then uses the differences in physical properties of VOCs and absorbents for separation.
The gas containing VOCs enters the absorber from the bottom of the absorber, and in the process of rising, it contacts with the absorbent from the tower top countercurrent, and the purified gas is discharged from the tower top. Absorbent absorbed VOCs enters the top of the stripper after passing through the heat exchanger, and desorbs when the temperature is higher than the absorption temperature or the pressure is lower than the absorption pressure. The desorbed absorbent returns to the absorption tower after being condensed by the solvent condenser. The desorbed VOCs leave the stripper as pure VOCs after passing through the condenser and gas-liquid separator, and are recycled. This process is suitable for gas purification with high VOCs concentration and low temperature. In other cases, corresponding process adjustment is required.
Adsorption equipment
When porous solids are used to treat fluid mixtures, a certain component or some components in the fluid can be absorbed onto the surface and concentrated on it, which is called adsorption. When adsorbing waste gas, the object of adsorption is gaseous pollutants, and gas-solid adsorption. The adsorbed gas component is called adsorbate, and the porous solid material is called adsorbent.
After adsorbing the adsorbate on the solid surface, a part of the adsorbate can be separated from the adsorbent surface. However, when the adsorption is carried out for a period of time, due to the concentration of the surface adsorbate, its adsorption capacity is significantly reduced and the requirements for adsorption purification are met. At this time, certain measures need to be taken to desorb the adsorbate already adsorbed on the adsorbent to improve the adsorption capacity. This process is called adsorbent regeneration. Therefore, in the actual adsorption engineering, it is the cycle process of adsorption regeneration and repeated adsorption to remove pollutants in the exhaust gas and recover useful components in the exhaust gas.
Purification equipment
The combustion method is very effective for treating high concentration Voc and odorous compounds. Its principle is to burn these impurities with excessive air. Most of them generate carbon dioxide and water vapor, which can be discharged into the atmosphere. However, when dealing with organic compounds containing chlorine and sulfur, HCl or SO2 in combustion products need to be further treated after combustion.
