Can zero wastewater discharge be used in electroplating industry?

1. Neutralization treatment

According to the relevant regulations of desulfurization wastewater treatment in China and the actual power generation situation of coal-fired power plants, the neutralization treatment is carried out by first entering the wastewater into the mixing tank, using limestone or other alkaline chemical reagents to adjust the PH value of desulfurization wastewater, and then carrying out the acid-base neutralization reaction of neutralization treatment to remove relevant ionic substances.

2. Heavy metal separation

During the neutralization treatment of desulfurization wastewater, heavy metal hydroxides will be generated. When the PH value reaches above 9, more insoluble hydroxides will be generated, and insoluble acid substances will be generated.

3. Flocculation treatment

After completing the above two treatment processes, the desulfurization wastewater needs to be flocculated to remove the colloid and other substances in the wastewater.

4. Sedimentation treatment

After the above treatment, the residual wastewater needs to be transferred to other equipment to observe the treatment of wastewater. Generally, the sludge at the bottom is formed by the deposition of flocs. After being filtered by the chamber filter press, the solid-liquid separation of the sediment is carried out.


The advantages of using membrane separation technology to treat electroplating rinse water mainly include the following aspects:
