Treatment of electroplating wastewater

1、 Oil separation tank, oil storage tank, Fenton reaction tank, etc.

The oil separator is made of carbon steel coal tar pitch, which is used to separate oil and water, oil substances and water in sewage to avoid oil pollution. After the sewage enters into the oil separator, due to the different specific gravity of oil and water, the oil drops and water will be separated automatically. Large oil drops will automatically float out of the upper part of the oil separator and the oil collecting pipe, and the initially treated wastewater will flow into the next stage. Handle and clean during operation to ensure the normal use of machinery. During the use of the storage pool, please pay attention to the sealing to avoid penetration damage. Fenton reagent in Fenton reaction tank is a commonly used advanced oxidation technology. Compared with other oxidants, Fenton reagent can destroy organics in the dark, with simple operation process, simple reaction, low operating cost, environmental friendliness and other characteristics. Fenton reaction tank in this project is made of carbon steel coal tar pitch to ensure equipment durability.

2、 Filters.

(1) Carefully check whether each connection is firm and whether each component is in good use. If any abnormality is found, immediately notify the maintenance personnel for inspection.

(2) When not in use for a long time, please clean the filter cloth and filter plate and dry them.

(3) The power must be cut off when removing the module.

(4) Check the bearing and piston rod parts, clean all parts, and ensure good lubrication performance and flexible moving parts.

(5) Conduct insulation and reliability tests on the electronic control system, and immediately repair or replace the electrical components in case of any abnormality.

(6) Before compaction, carefully check the filter cloth to ensure that it is not folded, damaged, and flat to ensure the filtering effect.

3、 Aeration fan.

The air blower used in this project is made of cast iron components, and the specification parameter is Q=0.25m/min. The air blower with a certain air volume and pressure is forced to add liquid through conveying equipment and diffusion. The pressure relief valve is often used to discharge excess pressure, protect the blower, and use advanced filters

4、 Pumps.

When the pump is in use, it should run for at least 30min every 15 days (not without water) to check its function and applicability.

Check the cable at least once a year, and replace it if damaged.

Check the motor insulation and fastening screws at least once a year.

Before the equipment leaves the factory, a proper amount of engine oil shall be injected to lubricate the mechanical seal. The engine oil shall be checked once a year. If water is found in the oil, please put it down, replace the oil, replace the gasket, and tighten the bolts. After 20 days, it needs to be rechecked. If the oil turns into emulsion, the mechanical seal should be checked and replaced if necessary.
