In daily work, buried domestic sewage treatment equipment is often subject to routine maintenance and fault repair. What aspects should be paid attention to when repairing domestic sewage treatment equipment? According to years of work experience, there are mainly the following five aspects:
1、 The PH value of the sewage entering the geographical domestic sewage treatment equipment must be between 6-9, and the partial acidity and alkalinity will affect the normal growth of the biofilm;
2、 It must be noted that no large solid matter in the sewage can enter the equipment to avoid blocking the pipeline and orifice and damaging the water pump;
3、 Generally, the oil of the fan needs to be changed once after 6 months of operation to improve the service life of the fan;
4、 Manholes of domestic sewage treatment equipment must be covered to prevent accidents or falling into large solid substances
5、 The fan inlet of domestic sewage treatment equipment must be unblocked.
Installation precautions:
(1) Prepare according to the installation drawing. When hoisting, check whether the inlet and outlet directions are correct, the position and direction of the tank body cannot be misplaced, and the spacing between them must be accurate
(2) After the product is hoisted in place, the levelness shall be measured. If it is uneven, it shall be adjusted to make it horizontal.
(3) After hoisting in place, connect the pipes, inject clean water into the equipment, and check whether the pipes have leakage,
(4) Connect the control line of the electric control box with the aerator and the water pump, and connect the electric control box with the power supply. When wiring, pay attention to the rotation direction of the motor and fan, which must be the same as the direction indicated.
(5) After completion of backfill, install ground dosing and disinfection equipment and electric control cabinet.
(6) After the installation of the equipment, the supporting water pipes and wires of the ground electrical equipment and dosing equipment where the buried equipment is located must be connected first.
The floc particle size of activated sludge is about 0.02~0.2mm, the surface area is 20~100cm2/ml, and the density is about 1.002~1.006. Activated sludge and biofilm play an important role in sewage purification because they have the following characteristics:
1) It has strong adsorption capacity
When wastewater comes into contact with activated sludge, the first thing that happens is the adsorption of pollutants in wastewater by activated sludge. According to research, living lead, nickel, zinc and other metal ions, Electroplating wastewater treatment equipment About 30%~90% can be removed by activated sludge through adsorption.
2) It has strong ability to decompose and oxidize organic matters
Macromolecular organic substances adsorbed by activated sludge, under the action of extracellular enzymes secreted by microbial cells, become small molecular organic substances, and then enter microbial cells through cell membranes. These absorbed nutrients, under the action of intracellular enzymes, are oxidized to inorganic substances and release energy through a series of biochemical pathways, which is the dissimilation of microorganisms; At the same time, microorganisms use the energy released by respiration to transform some intermediate products in the oxidation process into cellular substances, which is the assimilation of microorganisms. In this process, microorganisms continue to multiply and organics are continuously oxidized and decomposed.
