1. The raw materials must be fully dried according to the process requirements, without moisture, or there will be craze on the surface after injection molding.

2. The injection temperature, pressure, time, etc. meet the requirements of the process parameter card, and the injection speed should be strictly controlled. Too fast injection speed will lead to poor adhesion between the coating and the substrate (the injection speed of plated parts should be controlled between 15% - 35%)

3. Internal stress control: the product is not allowed to have large internal stress, and internal stress detection shall be carried out after injection molding.

4. The operator must wear clean cotton gloves during injection molding to avoid contamination of the product surface after injection molding.

5. Dimension control: the length, assembly foot or assembly hole shall meet the requirements of drawings and measuring tools.

6. Release agents, especially those containing silicone oil, shall not be used during injection molding, otherwise the adhesion of coating will be affected.

7. The materials shall be cleaned after intermediate shutdown to avoid brittleness of injection products caused by degradation of raw materials due to long residence time in the screw.

8. The surface of injection molded parts shall not be polished and polished to avoid affecting the adhesion between the coating and the substrate.
