Everyone is right Electroplating wastewater treatment equipment What do you know? Now our environment has been seriously polluted, so electroplating wastewater treatment equipment is to meet environmental protection and resource conservation. Do you know how to use electroplating wastewater treatment equipment? Let's take a look at the specific use of electroplating wastewater treatment equipment.

1. Primary sedimentation tank: the primary sedimentation tank of equipment is a vertical flow sedimentation tank. The rising speed of sewage in the sedimentation tank is 0.6~0.7 mm/s. The precipitated sludge is lifted to the sludge tank through air.

2. Contact oxidation tank: after initial sedimentation, water flows into the contact tank for biochemical treatment. The contact tank is divided into three stages, and the total residence time is more than 1 hour. The contact oxidation time of the reinforcement equipment can reach 6 hours, and the filler is a new trapezoidal filler.

3. Secondary sedimentation tank: after biochemical treatment, the sewage flows to the secondary sedimentation tank. The secondary sedimentation tank is two vertical flow sedimentation tanks with parallel flow.

4. Disinfection tank and disinfection device: the disinfection tank can extend the retention time to 1-1.5 hours, and the solid chlorine contact dissolution disinfection method is adopted. The disinfection device of electroplating wastewater treatment equipment can continuously change the dosage according to the water yield to achieve more dosage. Less water and less dose for purposes. Other disinfection devices can be prepared separately.

5. Sludge tank: all sludge from the primary and secondary sedimentation tanks is lifted to the sludge tank of the reclaimed water reuse equipment for aerobic digestion. The effluent from sludge tank returns to contact oxidation tank for further treatment.

6. Fan room and fan: the fan room of reclaimed water reuse equipment is located above the disinfection pool. Double layer sound insulation is adopted at the entrance. There are silencers and fan filters at the air inlet, so there is no noise during operation.

 Electroplating wastewater treatment equipment

Electroplating wastewater treatment is a kind of more complicated mixed heavy metal wastewater treatment that is difficult to be thoroughly treated. Electroplating wastewater treatment must be based on the water quality and quantity of electroplating wastewater and the process conditions, production load, operation management and water use mode of electroplating production. The water quality of electroplating heavy metal wastewater treatment is complex, and the composition is difficult to control. It contains cyanide, acid, alkali, hexavalent chromium, copper, zinc, cadmium, nickel, gold, silver and other heavy metal pollutants, which are highly toxic. Some of them are carcinogenic, teratogenic, and mutagenic substances, which are extremely harmful to human beings.

There are three types of electroplating wastewater drainage:

1. Rinsing water When the plated parts are taken out of the plating tank, there is a small amount of plating solution on the workpiece. In order not to affect the next process, rinse or rinse with water to reduce the concentration of residual plating solution on the workpiece. This part of water is the main part of electroplating wastewater, accounting for about 90% of the total amount of water, and the residual amount of heavy metals is generally about 500-2000mg/L;

2. The metal ion content of the waste liquid is about 30000mg/L, which is generally not discharged. However, the conversion products, plating solution or chemical plating waste liquid need to be discharged. This part of waste liquid has very high concentration and is difficult;

3. The amount of acid and alkali wastewater accounts for 5-10% of the total amount, and the discharge time varies from 7-100 days.

Electroplating enables products to obtain some special functions by coating a thin functional coating on the substrate of parts, also known as functional electroplating. Functional electroplating is also the most widely used electroplating process at present. It plays an important role in industrial development, plays an indispensable role in the development of electronics, materials, machinery, aerospace and other industries, and becomes an important supporting force for modern industrial development. The representative electroplating processes include gold plating, silver plating, tin plating, plastic plating, chemical plating, etc. Common applications are as follows:

1) Electroplating improves the conductivity of products: use the least metal resources to achieve the maximum functional effect, so as to achieve the industrial popularization of products: coat a layer of gold and silver on the copper or zinc alloy substrate, so that the products have good conductivity of gold and silver, low resistance, and achieve industrial applications that are impossible for a single precious metal product. Such processes are widely used in the electronic industry, and the representative electroplating processes include gold, silver, nickel, multi-element alloys, etc;

2) Electroplating improves the solderability of the product: by electroplating a layer of tin lead alloy, the solderability of the product is improved without affecting the conductive, mechanical and other functions of the product; Especially in the electronic industry, mechanical assembly is a very important surface treatment technology.

3) Plating metallizes non-metallic materials: plastic electroplating is a representative of this process. With the development and maturity of plastic electroplating process, new material industries such as plastics have developed rapidly, making integrated circuits in the electronic industry possible, and promoting the development of the entire electronic industry. The most representative is PCB plastic circuit board electroplating process.
