Preface and Scope of Application of Technical Specifications for Electroplating Wastewater Treatment Engineering

Zero discharge of electroplating wastewater The system mainly uses membrane separation technology. Because membrane separation technology has the advantages of low energy consumption, no phase change, no pollution, and high separation efficiency and concentration times, appropriate membrane separation is used to concentrate the rinse water of electroplating solution, and the concentration times can reach 100 times (in volume). The concentrated solution after membrane separation returns to the electrolytic cell after proper treatment to reach a certain nickel ion concentration, that is, nickel recovery. The permeate of the membrane system, that is, pure water, can be directly returned to the bath of the plating parts, thus realizing zero discharge of electroplating wastewater. Therefore, the zero discharge system of electroplating wastewater not only does not cause secondary pollution, but also recovers harmful heavy metals in the wastewater, turning harm into treasure and reusing water resources.

Process characteristics of electroplating wastewater zero discharge system:

The electroplating wastewater zero discharge system adopts advanced special membrane separation technology, which is simple in process, stable and reliable in operation, and high in treatment efficiency.

The zero discharge system of electroplating wastewater gives full play to the advantages of special membranes. After the electroplating and circuit board wastewater is treated by this process, valuable metal ions (nickel, copper, chromium, etc.) in the wastewater can be recycled after membrane concentration. The permeate of the wastewater after membrane treatment can be reused as process water, which not only saves costs but also realizes zero discharge of wastewater.

The zero discharge system of electroplating wastewater adopts electromechanical integration design, with high degree of automation, simple operation and maintenance, easy standardized management, small floor area, few auxiliary facilities, reasonable equipment configuration, low investment and low operation cost.

The development trend of electroplating wastewater treatment in the 21st century will be to achieve zero discharge in an all-round way. To achieve this goal, several things must be done: centralize scattered electroplating plants to become electroplating centers, reduce equipment costs by zero discharge of electroplating wastewater, and directly form a complete closed circuit circulation of washing water with automatic electroplating production lines and zero discharge devices. Once these are fully realized, they will not only eliminate electroplating wastewater pollution, but also save a lot of water for the benefit of human beings.

 Zero discharge of electroplating wastewater

1. Waste water recycling and reducing the amount of rinsing water can further treat to meet the requirements of "zero discharge" of waste water, reduce the scale of biochemical and physicochemical treatment, and help enterprises expand production.

2. Useful metal ions can be recovered, so that enterprises can achieve environmental protection goals and generate benefits at the same time.

3. Heavy metal wastewater is transformed into solid waste through evaporation and crystallization, and concerns about substandard discharge are relieved.

4. The process mainly adopts multi-stage membrane concentration equipment, with high automation and simple operation.

5. The process actively responds to the national environmental protection requirements and adapts to the design requirements of future environmental protection.

Applicable scope of electroplating wastewater zero discharge system

1. The environmental protection department requires zero discharge treatment of wastewater containing Class I heavy metals.

2. Enterprises that need to recycle precious metals from waste water containing precious metals.
