This procedure is formulated to strengthen the equipment management, process management and water quality management of sewage treatment, ensure the safe and normal operation of sewage treatment, achieve the purpose of purifying water quality, treating and disposing sludge, and protecting the environment.

The operation, maintenance and safety of sewage treatment shall not only comply with this specification, but also comply with the provisions of current national standards.

1、 Operation management requirements

1. The operation management personnel must be familiar with the operation requirements and technical indicators of the plant's process treatment and facilities and equipment.

2. The operator must understand the process treatment of the factory, and be familiar with the operation requirements and technical indicators of the facilities and equipment of the post.

3. Each post should have a process system network diagram, safety operation procedures, etc., which should be shown in obvious parts.

4. Operation management personnel and operators shall patrol and inspect the operation of structures, equipment, appliances and instruments as required.

5. Operators of all posts shall make operation records on time. The data shall be accurate.

6. If the operator finds that the operation is abnormal, he/she shall deal with it in a timely manner or report it to the competent department.

7. All mechanical equipment shall be kept clean and free from water and air leakage.

8. Weir mouth and pool wall of water treatment structures shall be kept clean and intact.

9. According to the requirements of different electromechanical equipment, regular inspection shall be carried out, and lubricating oil or grease shall be added or replaced.

2、 Requirements for safe operation

1. Operators and maintenance personnel of all posts must go through technical training and production practice, and pass the examination before taking the post.

2. Start the equipment after making preparations for starting.

3. When the power supply voltage is 5% higher or lower than the rated voltage, the motor should not be started.

4. The operator shall start and close the electrical switch according to the electrician's operating procedures.

5. All equipment must be powered off during maintenance, and can be operated only after the maintenance tag is hung at the switch.

6. In rainy days or snow and ice weather, operators shall pay attention to anti-skid when patrolling or operating on structures.

7. Clean the mechanical and electrical equipment and the surrounding environment. It is strictly prohibited to wipe the running parts of the equipment. The washing water shall not splash the cable head, the live parts of the motor and the lubrication parts.

8. Operators at all posts shall wear complete labor protection appliances and take safety precautions.

9. Protective and lifesaving facilities and articles shall be provided at obvious positions of structures.

10. It is strictly forbidden for non post personnel to open and close electromechanical equipment of their posts.

3、 Maintenance requirements

1. Operation management personnel and maintenance personnel shall be familiar with the maintenance regulations of electromechanical equipment.

2. The structure of the structure and various gate valves, guardrails, ladders, pipes, etc. should be regularly inspected, maintained and treated for corrosion prevention, and the damaged lighting equipment should be replaced in a timely manner.

3. Frequently check and fasten various equipment connectors, and regularly replace the wearing parts of the coupling.

4. All pipeline gate valves shall be subject to opening and closing test regularly.

5. The electrical control cabinet shall be regularly inspected and cleaned, and its various technical performances shall be tested.

6. The limit switch of electric gate valve, manual and electric interlocking devices shall be checked regularly.

7. After stopping the pump each time, check the sealing condition of the packing or oil seal and carry out necessary treatment. Fill or replace the packing, lubricating oil and grease as required.

8. Any device equipped with steel wire rope must be replaced when the wear of the rope is more than 10% of the original diameter, or one of the strands has been broken.

9. In addition to routine maintenance, all kinds of mechanical equipment shall also be subject to major, medium and minor repairs according to the design requirements or the requirements of the manufacturer.

10. When overhauling various mechanical equipment, the coaxiality, static balance and other technical requirements must be guaranteed according to the requirements of the equipment.

11. Do not throw the lubricating oil, grease, laboratory wastewater and other sundries replaced from the maintenance equipment into the sewage treatment facility.

12. When maintaining mechanical equipment, temporary power lines shall not be spliced at will.

13. The test, maintenance and cycle of lightning protection and explosion-proof devices of buildings and structures shall comply with the regulations of the power industry and fire department.

14. The fire-fighting facilities and other protective equipment shall be regularly inspected and replaced.
